Seed of Life Forge Started by DMV native Me Robbie Sine was started in 2016. I was a college kid
working at a small bar in northern Virginia going to community college for business. I began watching
the first season of Forged in fire and immediately said I have to try that. I Gathered up supplies built my
own forge got a forge burner and anvil and took off from there. In December 2017 I got married to my
wonderful wife and moved my hobby up to Baltimore and began selling some knives I was making at the
time. In 2018 I was chosen to be on forged in fire and went that summer to film what later became
season 5 episode 38. I went out after testing in the second round and had a blast. From there I have
continued to challenge myself with every knife I make aiming to make them better than the last.
The style I have developed has become a mix of Filipino style blades with fittings and handles resembling
the more modern style bowie knives. I am a big fan of Southeast Asian blade design and the utility it
lends itself to as well as the aesthetically pleasing blade shape.
The Goal of Seed of like Forge is to create blades and knives that are great for anything you put them up
to as well as look great if you just want to show it off. The Name Seed of Life Forge comes from the
sacred geometry also called the seed of life. It is made up of overlapping circles that show six petals
representing the six days of creation and that leads to my motto, Creating like my Creator.
